Try a beautiful and simple transformation of the classic rum mojito, now using Stone Vodka. This Caribbean classic perfectly accents the clean, crisp taste of our flagship stone fruit spirit.
2 large peaches (approx 1 lb.), unpeeled and chopped
½ cup fine sugar
¼ cup fresh lemon juice (approx 1 lemon)
1 ounce per glass of Stone Vodka
10 mint sprigs
½ lime quartered
Process the first 3 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth (yields about 2 cups, use as needed).
Using a tall sturdy glass, use a muddler to crush the mint and lime releasing the oils and juice. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass full with ice. Pour the vodka and prepared peach puree over the ice, adding in the soda. Stir to combine using a long bar spoon. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
