Frozen Peach Fuzzies

This is a great frozen recipe for larger gatherings. Wonderfully light, refreshing, and bubbly peach bellinis. This frozen delight is perfect for summertime poolside.


  • 1 (12-ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, slightly thawed.

  • 3/4 cup Stone Vodka

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 4 cups peeled and cubed fresh, ripe peaches (about 6 large)

  • Crushed ice

  • Prosecco

Process half quantities of the first four ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.

Fill blender with ice to 5-cup level and process until smooth. Pour into a pitcher. Repeat procedure with second half of remaining first four ingredients.

Pour peach mixture into hurricane glass until ⅔ full, fill the remainder of glass with Prosecco.

Garnish and serve.
